Faculty, staff, and students at the small liberal art school Chester College of New England deliver a vote of no confidence in college President (and former Manchester, New Hampshire mayor) Bob Baines.
The school is in danger of closing.Students have raised more money for the school in the past 5 days then President Baines has in his entire tenure as president. #ShameonBaines
